Rental Machine Coordinator
We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Rental Machine Coordinator to join our team.
Job Scope.
The Rental Machine Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the rental process of heavy machinery and equipment (all types of equipment) , ensuring efficient coordination between clients and the company. This role involves managing rental bookings, coordinating logistics, handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in the heavy machinery sector, strong organizational and leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
Job Duties.
Experience:
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Job Duties.
- Coordinate the rental of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring availability and timely delivery to clients.
- Process rental orders, including preparing rental agreements and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Monitor equipment availability and manage the schedule to optimize utilization and minimize downtime.
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues related to equipment rental.
- Arrange and follow up for the transportation of equipment to and from work sites, coordinating with logistics teams and third-party transport providers.
- Ensure that all equipment is delivered and collected as per the rental agreement and in good condition.
- Maintain accurate records of rental equipment, including tracking usage, maintenance, and returns.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Generate regular reports on rental activity, equipment usage, and customer feedback for management review.
- Verify that equipment meets safety and operational standards before dispatching to clients.
- Ensure all rental operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in rental coordination or a similar role within the heavy machinery or plant hire industry.
- Proven very good knowledge in all types of heavy machinery and earthmoving equipment
- Other skills
- Leadership skills in order to lead team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
