We are currently seeking 3 ambitious Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, a deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, and the drive to help clients find their perfect properties, this role offers an exciting opportunity for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and close new opportunities with clients looking to buy or rent properties in Dubai.
• Advise clients on property options that meet their investment or rental needs.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through the buying or renting process.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and rental targets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and available properties.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales or rental process.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate sales or rentals, with strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, property trends, and investment options.
