Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new opportunities with clients looking to buy or rent properties in Dubai.
- Advise clients on property options that meet their investment or rental needs.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through the buying or renting process.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and rental targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and available properties.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales or rental process.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or rentals, with strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, property trends, and investment options.
