SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing the individualized patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assessing and planning nursing care requirements
· Providing pre and post-operation care
· Monitoring, administering medication and intravenous infusions
· Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures
· Writing records
· Supervising junior staff
· Organizing workloads
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Nursing and with MOH License
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of medical terminology, office procedures and regulations
Knowledge of MS Office and databases
Strong IT and organizational skills
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & ABILITIES
Effective Service Management and delivering quality service
Planning, Organizational and Problem Solving Skills
Communicate Effectively
LANGUAGE SKILLS
