Job Description: 1. Oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the company which includes managing departments constituting the company. Ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining relationships with clients by regularly attending meetings and leading the company to its growth and success. 2. Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan on a long-term basis. Ensuring the company’s operations are all aligned along with business objectives, growth, profitability, market expansion and staff efficient management. 3. Manage the company’s budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability. Study financial reports, analyze and recommend trends that could help in improving profitability. 4. Look after the daily operations of the company, making sure that all departments are functioning efficiently. 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met to build strong and long-term relations. Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers securing the terms to be in favor of the company. 6. Look for business opportunities, meet new relationships and potential clients, network the services and diversify the operational premises of the company. 7. Identify potential risks to the company, including financial, operational, and reputational risks. Develop and implement risk management strategies to prevent/alleviate risks. Make sure that the company is insured with contingency plans. 8. Ensure that all company activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction and project management. Oversee safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment across all sites and operations. 9. Manage the team effectively by encouraging positive and productive work environment, promote teamwork and professional development. Conduct performance reviews and with department heads to enhance employee performance and satisfaction. 10. Regularly report to the CEO on company performance. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, proposals, and business plans. Practice transparent and effective communication across all levels of the company. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, SAP, Autocad, Revit, etc.) and familiarity with construction management tools. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
