Regional Sales Manager

Job Title: Regional sales manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and oversee sales operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales representatives. You will develop strategies to expand market share, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibility:
  • Manage and oversee sales operations in the assigned region to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients and distributors.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's products or services.
Qualification:
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in sales leadership.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
