- Actively engage in property sales and leasing activities across residential and commercial sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
- Guide and assist clients in making informed property decisions by offering expert advice and market insights.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Dubai.
- Maintain a portfolio of properties and manage client databases.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the buying/renting process.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate (sales or leasing) in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including legal regulations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, professional, and client-focused.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
