Pool Lifeguard
Job Summary:

- Rescue Operations: Be prepared to perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary. Maintain proficiency in rescue techniques and stay up-to-date on lifesaving practices.
- Emergency Response: Act promptly and decisively in emergency situations, including providing medical assistance, notifying appropriate authorities, and coordinating with other staff members.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries, offering guidance on safety procedures, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the swimming area, including regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Prior experience as a lifeguard preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and protocols is advantageous.
