Meat Trading Business - Manager
Job Summary
The Meat Trading Business Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of meat trading operations. This includes procurement, sales, inventory management, quality control, regulatory compliance, and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the meat industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Animal Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the meat industry or related fields, with a focus on trading, sales, or procurement.
· Strong knowledge of meat quality standards, food safety regulations, and industry best practices.
· Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
