IT Support Executive
Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a dedicated IT Support Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing support to both employees and clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, system configuration, and IT maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

- Perform hands-on technical fixes, including software installations, hardware upgrades, file backups, and system configurations.
- Install and maintain up-to-date anti-virus software to protect systems from security threats.
- Record, track, and document service desk requests, problem-solving processes, and resolutions.
- Conduct preventative maintenance of workstations, printers, and other peripherals to ensure optimal functionality.
- Test fixes to confirm that issues have been properly resolved.
- College diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support environment.
- Cisco or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering quality support.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.
- Willingness to work in shifts and relocate to other Emirates if needed.
