SYSTEM OPERATIONS SUPPORT Role The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the business. To be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes, and providing administrative support. Reporting: Marketing Manager Specific Roles and Responsibilities · To manage our menu integration, menu structuring & other backend responsibilities. · To maintain a track record of product management and a broad knowledge of software’s like Revel/ Grubtech/ Deliverect. · To optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards. · To assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures. · To track and report on the operational performance of all our marketing platforms. · To maintain policy and procedure documents related to all our marketing aggregators. · To monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently. · To provide additional administrative support to the organization for various tasks and projects. · To provide technical support to other areas of the Company as requested or assigned. · To know commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the food and beverage marketing fields. · To able to work independently with little direction and multi-task and handle various events at once while being extremely productive and timely. · To able to work in multiple software applications to identify resolution to driver events. · To diagnose and resolve problems in any of our online aggregator platforms. Self-Learning & Development · Engage in Training Sessions when required. · Develop detailed product knowledge. · Be fully committed and dedicated to personal development and growth, working toward the achievement of performance targets on an agreed periodic basis. · Gain experience with F&B industry-standard editing tools and management software. Knowledge Management · Ensuring all processes and procedures within the company are captured and are well well-documented and updated regularly. · Ensures all paperwork and digital assets are kept in meticulous order and correctly executed within the department, complying with all management information and reporting requests and in compliance with prescribed standards/requests. · Ensures that all documentation is up to date and the team is following and is audited as per the set benchmarks regularly. Confidentiality & Ethics · Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Confidentiality policy and Third-Party Non-Solicitation policy which prohibits the sharing or discussion of sensitive information and the earning of fees through third-party channels not connected with the Company. · Protection of the Company always in relation to informational databases, IP, secrets, and strategy, as well as sensitive information, all of which may not be discussed with any unauthorized person. · Ensure all sensitive client and Company information remains confidential and ensure this culture is built across the company. · Ensure any unethical behavior of any team member is quickly brought to the attention of Senior Management, so that it may be appropriately addressed.
