Warehouse Assistant
We are seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Zapegg Tax Consultant in Dubai. This role is crucial to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed accurately, and that orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly.

- Inventory Management: Assist with the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods, ensuring that inventory levels are accurately maintained and recorded.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures, verifying that all items are correct and in good condition before dispatch.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that items are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries, ensuring that incoming and outgoing shipments are documented and processed efficiently.
- Data Entry: Record inventory transactions and updates in the warehouse management system (WMS), generating reports as needed to track inventory levels and order status.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, reporting any hazards or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance checks on equipment as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Skills:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS or inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [specify weight, e.g., 25 kg]) safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is an advantage but not required; training can be provided.
