Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee all IT operations in our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, implementing new technologies, and providing technical support to our staff. This role requires a strong background in IT management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities.
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
System Security:
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company’s data and systems from cyber threats.
Technology Implementation:
Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business operations.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to all employees, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
Software Management:
Manage and maintain software applications used in the factory, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Vendor Management:
Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of IT services and products.
Compliance:
Ensure all IT activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Qualification

Experience
Minimum of 7 years of IT management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Expertise in cybersecurity practices and technologies.
Proficient in project management and capable of leading multiple projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and applications.
Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
