Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Implement, manage, and optimize the ERP system to streamline business processes across departments.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and databases to ensure peak performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ERP operations, integrations, and system customizations as per business needs.
Develop SQL-based solutions for reporting, data manipulation, and system automation.
Ensure IT security protocols are in place to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
Oversee software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for ERP and other business applications.
Provide ERP training and ongoing technical support to staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in ERP implementation, management, and administration.
Strong knowledge of SQL for ERP-related tasks, including queries and reporting.
In-depth understanding of hardware and software management, including server setups, databases, and networks.
Experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and providing technical support.
Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in ERP, SQL, or relevant IT fields.
Prior experience managing ERP systems.
Familiarity with additional ERP systems is a plus.
