HR Executive
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct onboarding processes for new hires and ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- 2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance on resolving disputes.
- Support employees with workplace matters, performance reviews, and career development.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to employment, compensation, and benefits.
- Implement performance management systems and work with department heads to manage employee performance.
- Lead initiatives for employee training and development programs.
- Oversee salary structures, pay policies, and benefit programs.
- Benchmark compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll, attendance, and benefits information.
- Generate HR metrics and reports for management to assist in decision-making.
- Identify training needs and arrange for internal or external programs.
- Promote continuous professional development and employee retention strategies.
- Ensure the workplace meets health and safety standards and manage any workplace accidents or health-related incidents.
- Foster a positive and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to assess and identify HR needs within the company.
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
