HR Coordinator - Alum & Steel Industry
We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator having experience in Alum/steel fabrication industry who will do end to end-to-end recruitment process of Blue collar staff, HR Software, payroll and daily operational tasks.
Working Experience : 2 Years
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process of Blue collar staff
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, employee data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/HR SOFTWARE is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor/Graduation in business administration specialize in HR
- Candidate must have UAE Driving License.
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
