HR Coordinator - Alum & Steel Industry

We are looking for a skilled HR Coordinator having experience in Alum/steel fabrication industry who will do end to end-to-end recruitment process of Blue collar staff, HR Software, payroll and daily operational tasks.
Working Experience : 2 Years
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process of Blue collar staff
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, employee data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/HR SOFTWARE is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor/Graduation in business administration specialize in HR
  • Candidate must have UAE Driving License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
