Home Care Nurse – DOH Licensed
Job Title: Home Care Nurse – DOH Licensed
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Care Nurse who is DOH licensed to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing direct patient care in a home setting, including patient assessments, care plan development, and delivering a variety of nursing interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and experience in managing diverse healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Care Nurse who is DOH licensed to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing direct patient care in a home setting, including patient assessments, care plan development, and delivering a variety of nursing interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and experience in managing diverse healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients upon referral and determine nursing intervention needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Perform nursing interventions such as feeding, diaper changing, skin and oral care, medication administration, wound care, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, medication administration, and overall health status.
- Report and document any changes in patient status and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Collaborate with GPs, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
- Manage medical equipment and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and proper usage.
- Assist with hospital admissions and check-ups at healthcare centers.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain accurate, error-free documentation.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on infection control and health promotion.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and respect patient rights.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations including DOH, HAAD, DAMAN, and labor standards.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Valid DOH License.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field.
- Valid BLS Certification.
- Strong understanding of home care regulations and best practices.
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
