Home Care Nurse
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality healthcare services in a home care setting in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering personalized care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort and wellbeing, while adhering to clinical protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality healthcare services in a home care setting in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering personalized care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort and wellbeing, while adhering to clinical protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a home care environment, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as per the physician’s orders.
- Monitor vital signs and health indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels.
- Create and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and family members.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication schedules, and lifestyle modifications.
- Assist with wound care, catheter management, and other medical needs as required.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including daily notes and reports on treatment progress.
- Adhere to infection control and safety procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and respectful care experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DOH/HAAD license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi.
- BLS/ACLS certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or a similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make sound clinical decisions.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
