Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and quality control.
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure all dishes meet health and safety standards while maintaining high culinary quality.
- Stay updated on food trends, nutritional information, and customer preferences to enhance our offerings.
- Manage food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a farm-to-table or health-focused restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking techniques.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
