 Punch in/out
 Read the memo board before starting the shift
 Attend the briefings
 Always well groomed and neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform
 Ensure guest satisfaction
 Report to supervisor any guest comments or compliments
 Check side duties
 Assign duties
 Cover vacant positions and handle table sections when needed.
 Assist supervisor
 Coordinate and cooperate with other departments
 Train and develop waiters and runner in service and duties
 Be thoroughly familiar with the service procedures and make sure its prosper implementation
 Watch the progress of the meals of guests and make sure that guests are comfortable and well looked after until they leave the place
 Remain courteous to guests and fellow employees 
Examine all checks before and after submitting them to the table
 Be able to promote the teamwork spirit of the staff
 Manage break time
 Be the role player/example
 Train new hires
 Communicate with team and have a good communication skills
 Comply with standards of service
 Follow opening and closing procedures
 Have excellent Food & Beverage menu Knowledge
 Have excellent customer service
