Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach/Manager to oversee the operations of our Elite Ladies Fitness facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing staff, driving client engagement, and maintaining high coaching and program standards. The role requires a balance of leadership, business acumen, and passion for ladies’ health and fitness.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Facility Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and general facility standards.
- Staff Management:
- Supervise and support personal trainers and receptionists, ensuring excellent client service and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and organize training for staff development.
- Coordinate staff schedules to optimize coverage and productivity.
- Client Engagement & Membership Retention:
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly income targets by maintaining current members and sourcing new clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sign-ups and renewals.
- Act as a key point of contact for member feedback, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Social Media & Marketing:
- Manage the facility’s social media platforms, creating content focused on education, motivation, and engagement related to women’s health and fitness.
- Work with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns to attract new clients and build the gym's online presence.
- Program Design & Coaching Quality:
- Ensure high standards of program design, adapting training sessions to meet individual client needs and goals.
- Maintain and enforce coaching guidelines to ensure consistent and effective training methods.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in fitness to continuously improve the programs offered.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor revenue streams, control costs, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Provide regular financial reports and analyses to the facility owner.
- Client Experience & Support:
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all members.
- Regularly assess and improve customer service processes to enhance client satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fitness coaching, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of women’s health, fitness, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- CPR and First Aid certified (preferred).
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
