Experience:
Minimum University Bachelors degree or higher.
Location:
Ability to re-locate to/work in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Language:
Fluent written & spoken English (at an advanced Level)
Additional language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Centric Service: Deliver personalized visa consulting services, managing the entire tourist visa application process, including electronic document collection, online application submissions, and follow-up with relevant embassies or consulates.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, updates, and expert advice on tourist visa-related matters.
- Communication & Client Education: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, providing timely updates, educating them on the visa process, timelines, and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at every step.
- Sales Mindset: Approach each client interaction with a sales-driven mindset, focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service and always keeping the best interest of the client at the forefront.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process improvement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations and procedures to keep services current and compliant.
- Leverage Technology: To streamline the visa application process, utilize digital tools for efficient document management, and stay updated with the latest tech advancements to enhance service delivery.

Experience:
- Minimum of [2 years] experience in visa consulting or a related field in an operation &/or sales &/or customer service capacity, specifically in tourist visa processing.
- Competent with the array of Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
Minimum University Bachelors degree or higher.

Ability to re-locate to/work in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Language:
Fluent written & spoken English (at an advanced Level)
