What the job involves
- Lead sourcing and evaluation of US secondaries opportunities, conducting thorough research and market analysis
- Develop and execute investment strategies that align with overall portfolio objectives and long-term growth plans
- Build and manage a strong network within the secondaries market to generate high-quality deal flow
- Collaborate across teams on primary, co-investment, and direct opportunities, ensuring integration with broader investment activities
- Oversee due diligence and performance monitoring, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and preparing reports for internal reviews and advisory boards
- Extensive experience in US secondaries investments with a deep understanding of private markets and proven success in managing complex transactions
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure deals and work effectively with third-party investors
- Track record of building and managing senior relationships across the industry
- Collaborative team player capable of working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive results
- Strong academic background from a reputable university, with excellent communication skills to clearly present ideas and strategies
