Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
- Proven track record of success in freight forwarding sales.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid UAE Driving License will be an advantage.
- Salary negotiable based on performance.
