Ecommerce Fulfillment & Sales Assistant

We specialize in unique costumes and sell through multiple platforms, including our own website, Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces. We've been bringing costume dreams to life since 2013, and we're excited to continue our growth in the region and looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Fulfillment & Sales Assistant.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on fulfillment work and supporting sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are packed, shipped, and delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner by coordinating with couriers and handling logistics.
• Stock Management: Regularly monitor stock levels, update inventory, and coordinate purchase requisitions to ensure popular items are always available.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, including customer service, responding to inquiries, and helping customers find the perfect products.
• Customer Experience: Play a role in greeting and assisting customers, both online and occasionally in person, ensuring their experience is smooth and enjoyable.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep the workplace neat, clean, and organized, ensuring smooth operational flow.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Someone who is detail-oriented and committed to ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
• Prior experience with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.) is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Fluency in English
• Basic math skills
• Experience in retail sales (a plus!)
