Demi Chef (Continental Food)
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef with expertise in both Continental and Arabic cuisine to join our culinary team at a prestigious resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes, ensuring food standards are maintained, and contributing to menu development.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and menu specifications for both Continental and Arabic cuisine.
Assist in the creation and presentation of new dishes for daily service and special events.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Monitor food inventory and assist in stock management.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet the resort's high standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef in both Continental and Arabic cuisine.
Experience working in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A passion for creating outstanding dishes and maintaining high standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
