Job Purpose:
The Content Creator/Videographer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, including videos, photos, and other multimedia materials that align with our brand vision. This role will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop compelling content that engages our audience, promotes our products/services, and enhances our online presence.
Main Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop, shoot, and edit engaging videos and photos for various platforms (social media, website, email, etc.) that highlight the company’s products, services, and brand stories.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, events, interviews, and other activities that showcase the company culture and values.
• Stay updated with current trends to produce innovative and creative content that resonates with the target audience.
• Videography & Photography:
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos, including product demos, promotional videos, testimonials, and lifestyle content.
• Manage all aspects of the video production process, from conceptualization to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic, style, and messaging.
• Post-Production:
• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video content, ensuring attention to detail in sound, color correction, and transitions.
• Create motion graphics and animations when necessary to enhance video quality.
• Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.), ensuring that videos are tailored to the specifications and audience of each channel.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute content strategies.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the storytelling and visual identity of the brand.
• Collaborate with other teams (designers, copywriters, etc.) to ensure cohesive branding across all visual content.
• Content Optimization:
• Optimize videos and photos for performance on various platforms, ensuring appropriate formats, lengths, and resolutions.
• Ensure content is aligned with the company’s SEO and marketing strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine future content.
• Equipment & Software Management:
• Manage and maintain videography and photography equipment, ensuring everything is in top working condition.
• Stay current with the latest editing software, tools, and industry trends to improve the quality of content production.
• On-Location Shoots:
• Plan and conduct on-location video and photo shoots, including scouting locations, setting up lighting, and directing talent when necessary.
• Ensure all shoots meet production standards and are executed smoothly from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role, preferably in the UAE or MENA region.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, photography, and editing.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom.
• Experience with video production equipment (cameras, drones, lighting, microphones, etc.).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and content that resonates with digital audiences.
• Ability to edit videos for various platforms, including Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, and others.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation (optional but a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
