CNC Laser Machine Operator for Glass, Wood & Metal
The suitable candidate to operate the CNC laser machines for stainless steel, glass, and wood should must have a combination of technical skills, practical experience, and specialized knowledge related to each material and machine type. This includes understanding laser technology, proficiency in relevant software, hands-on experience, and attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols.
In summary, below are qualifications and skills needed for a worker to operate these laser machines effectively:
1. Technical Skills and Knowledge
Ø Understanding of Laser Technology
Ø Education and Training
· Certifications: Certifications related to operating laser machines or working with specific materials is an advantage.
· Hands-On Experience: 3 to 4 years work experience working with laser machines (includes setting up, operating, and troubleshooting laser equipment)
· Material-Specific Experience: Experience with the specific materials (stainless steel, glass, wood) being processed, as different materials have unique requirements and challenges.
Ø Attention to Detail
· Precision: Ability to handle the fine details required for high-quality cutting and engraving, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the final product.
Ø Problem-Solving Skills
· Troubleshooting: Skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the laser cutting or engraving process, such as alignment problems, material defects, or machine malfunctions.
Ø Safety, Maintenance and Care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
