Machine Operator
At our location in Dubai, UAE we are looking for you as:
Machine Operator
Mission of the role
As Machine Operator, you should be qualified, competent and skilled in operating and handling system-controlled machinery to ensure that the machine runs smoothly, and you should have the focus to monitor the performance of the machine to be able to identify malfunctions and troubleshoot the problem in order to achieve efficiency and maintain high quality products.
Your Tasks
- Supervision of the production facilities; independent setup and operation of the machines in the production process, as well as the monitoring of the entire process
- Independent adjustment work and troubleshooting on the production machines
- Documentation of material consumption and malfunctions
- Raw material coordination
- Regular quality controls of the produced goods and intervene in the event of deviations
- Compliance with the applicable regulations regarding occupational safety and hygiene
- Monitoring of CCPs (critical control points) and their result documentation according to specifications
- Reporting deviations of the CCPs to the limit values to the supervisor and / or QM/ QA
Your Profile:
- 1 to 3 years Machine Operator experience preferably from food and beverage industry
- Mechanical education background
- Strong technical and analytic skills
- Familiar with all safety protocols
- Sense of cleanliness and hygiene
- Good English communication skills
