CCTV Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor all CCTV cameras and systems in the facility.
  • Review live and recorded video footage for security incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities.
  • Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies detected through the surveillance system.
  • Ensure all cameras and equipment are in proper working condition and report any issues for maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the security team to enhance the safety and security of the premises.
  • Maintain records of surveillance footage and security incidents.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on security incidents or equipment issues.
  • Train and guide security personnel in the effective use of CCTV systems.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security management or CCTV operations is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CCTV Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, cameras, and video surveillance technology.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
