Structural Steel Fabrication Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabrication Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fabrication shop, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, welders, and laborers in structural steel fabrication.
- Plan and schedule daily activities and tasks to meet project timelines.
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment in the workshop.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare reports on progress, labor, materials, and equipment usage.
- Proven experience of at least four years as a Supervisor in a structural steel fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
