Structural Fabricator
- Reading Blueprints: Interpret and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine specifications.
- Material Preparation: Select and prepare materials for fabrication, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Welding and Assembly: Perform welding, cutting, and assembly of structural components using various tools and techniques.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products and components to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain and operate fabrication tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe and good working condition.
- Collaboration: Work with engineers, designers, and other fabricators to ensure proper project execution and alignment with project goals.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any fabrication issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of materials used, fabrication processes, and any changes made to designs.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to processes and methods to enhance efficiency and quality.
AED 2,000-2,200
