Business Development Executive ( FEMALE )
Roles & Responsibilities
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Prospect and identify potential clients in various industries who can benefit from our services
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client
- Provide product demonstrations and conduct meetings
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients
- Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure successful implementation
- Manage and update customer information in the ERP system
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on industry best practices and product developments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and support
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets for IT products and services, including managed services
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sales policies and ethical standards
- Flexibility to respond to business conditions as they arise
- Proven experience of minimum 3 in IT sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Business Development: 4 years (Required)
