Admission Officer
- Follow-up leads, respond to enquiries by phone and mail.
- Liaise with pre schools and develop other marketing strategies to generate admissions.
- To ensure that registration of a student takes place with complete documentation.
- To coordinate with academic Staff and make arrangements for entrance assessments.
- Liaise with the SPEA coordinator to make sure all new students are registered.
- To prepare a student capacity plan & to ensure that the student count in each classroom is in line with SPEA
- Processing transfer certificates and coordinating with departments to complete the exit process.
.UAE experience is a must
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
· Organizing and coordinating skills. Knowledge of admissions policies, standards, and procedures in UAE
· Skill in the use of computerized systems and databases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
