the JOB DESCRIPTION
ADMISSION COUNSELOR
Engaging and connecting with potential students through proactive sales calls and personalized emails to build their interest in our educational offerings.
Providing counseling and guidance on admission policies and procedures for our universities and colleges, ensuring applicants feel supported throughout their journey.
Showcasing the benefits of specific universities, programs, and courses to captivate potential students and enlighten them about the exciting opportunities we offer.
Promptly addressing potential students' inquiries and doubts via calls, emails, and chat, creating a friendly and informative environment for them.
Drive the admissions cycle for a prompt conversion from leads to enrollments.
Assisting students seamlessly through the admissions process, guiding them with all support when required.
Implementing effective strategies and methods to enhance admissions and achieve targets.
ADMISSION COUNSELOR REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills, preferably in English and Hindi
Strong sales ability and target oriented.
Analytical thinking skills.
3 years of work experience in the same industry or previous sales experience is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Remuneration will be based as per industry standards with lucrative incentives and other benefits. No cap on incentives earned.
Candidate must have own or sponsored visa.
NOTE: Candidates with OWN or SPONSORED VISA are preferred. Please DO NOT apply if you do not meet the requirements.
Candidates present in the UAE will only be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
