Accounts Assistant cum Procurement

Nationality: Philippines - Lady
Detail-oriented and efficient professional with dual expertise in accounting and procurement processes. Responsible for supporting financial operations while managing the procurement of goods and services. Adept at handling daily financial transactions, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensure the smooth operation of both the accounting and procurement functions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports such as ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company needs.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with company policies and procurement standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Procurement: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
