Job Description Summary
Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, includes service shops. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead transformer repair processes and related blue-collar staff in the workshop with related leadership and communication skills
Perform and report factory and acceptance tests of the products of repair workshop according to standards and customer requirements
Perform and organize incoming quality checks, process controls, checks on products in accordance with the quality plan
Implementation and follow-up quality and EHS standards and company procedures to repair workshop
Support unit QEHS manager for repair workshop activities
Following and improving the quality system requirements, ensuring the quality system certification
Determination of deviations and failure according to the standards and the specifications and preparation of non-conformity reports
To have the test equipment and the test devices cleaned; to have they done periodic maintenance and calibrations
To train staff who start to work in production and quality & testing
To Prepare and follow-up inspection reports, process quality plans, FAT plans and procedures, Inspection and test plans, norms and forms of related processes
Realize budget and plan targets. Provide achievement to savings targets in terms of S, Q, C, D
To support maintenance team in terms of workshop needs
To make MPS and to order materials and contractors as per MPS just in time
Provide effective use of TSG workshop’s personal, financial and technical sources in order to keep short and long-term profit balances
Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, implement enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Prepare and control of daily, weekly and monthly reports in order to plan, design, manufacture and deliver orders to customer on time .Manage, encourage and motivate TSG workshop staff and provide discipline within TSG workshop
Prepare and apply investment plans for all necessary modifications, modernizations, VSM and bottleneck removing. Prepare and apply revision plans in order to improve productivity of technical capacity, lean optimization and obtain economical production which fits with present conditions
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance, uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks
Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems, may use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions
Required Qualifications
Min. 2 years of experience in the field of production in the transformer industry
Having at least 2 years of quality, testing and production experience in the transformer industry
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
