Role Overview: The role is a critical leadership position responsible for the development and execution of the local End-to-End SC Strategy and activities across all operational areas including planning, supply, warehousing / logistics operations and customer service. With expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, these individual leads and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to improve customer outcomes and directly leads coordinated demand and supply planning for Med Tech for the geography. This individual is a member of the Turkiye Leadership Team and is the single point of contact for the country General Manager and Commercial Leadership Team. This individual will work in a multidimensional and international environment with multiple connections within and outside the country and across different levels of management with high exposure. Major Responsibilities:
Develops and drives a fully integrated Supply Chain Strategy, which supports the EMEA Strategic Plan and local Business Goals of Ethicon and CSS franchises
Direct responsibility for all E2E SC functions – Planning / S&OP, Supply execution, Inventory management, Warehousing / Transportation and CS.
Owns and leads Distribution and OCNIS budgets for Turkiye Med Tech business, including responsibility for inventory value.
Responsible for setting and communicating E2E Supply Chain performance goals (quality, service, inventory, on time launch, etc), supervising the performance and own the continuous improvement process and action plans across all supply chain functions to reach the goals.
Leads and facilitates (i) Monthly local IBP processes, ensuring that sales and marketing events & market intelligence are accurately brought together and passed on to the Regional & Global planning teams to ensure timely right product availability (ii) Service review meetings (STEM & PAC) for service risks and define mitigation actions to minimize impact to our end customers.
Builds solid partnership and end-to-end collaboration with commercial organizations, local and regional supply chain organizations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Management to ensure their contribution is passionate about the End-to-End goals and respective outcomes.
To keep the customer at the center of everything we do and translate the voice of customer in SC strategic and tactical action plan in partnership with the other relevant functions.
Ensures supply chain readiness in support of NPI & LCM projects.
Leads the talent development agenda, build a high performing team and create right opportunities to develop your team of supply chain professionals.

Qualifications
Qualifications and key competencies:
Proven track record in a sophisticated Supply Chain environment and a validated leadership track record in at least 2 of the following functional areas: SC, manufacturing, planning, distribution, customer service and logistics.
Experience in previous leadership position and management of senior partners in an international environment is a must
Experience in the healthcare / regulatory dependent sector is desirable.
Project management skills, with the ability to inspire change and influence decision-making through multiple levels (middle to senior management) of the organization is a plus
Consistent track record of challenging the “status-quo”, visualizing potential opportunities and implementing actions to build value
Shown success in articulating a vision, engaging and mobilizing partners and employees around that vision, and delivering superior value
Developing functional strategic plans in alignment with the corporate strategic goals
Delivering ‘outstanding’ business results through innovative solutions
