Key Responsibilities:
Performing supply chain and make improvement recommendations.
Performing import and export operations.
Opening purchase orders (PO) for materials
Maintaining inventory stock levels
Collaborating with the production team to stagnant stock consumption.
Job Description:
Analyzing and planning the necessary raw material/semi-finished goods requirements on a weekly/monthly basis based on customer orders.
Opening purchase orders (PO) for materials identified as required, sharing them with suppliers, and tracking them.
Maintaining inventory at optimum levels and ensuring the accuracy of stock records.
Regularly analyzing stagnant stocks and coordinating with relevant departments for their consumption.
Managing efforts to analyze and improve problems in the processes they are responsible for.
Planning and tracking import and export operations, transportation logistics, from order to shipment; preparing import-export documents in accordance with the rules of the relevant country, and ensuring they are error-free.
Maintaining contact with customs consultants and carriers, tracking materials coming from abroad.
Ensuring that import and export operations are carried out in accordance with foreign trade and customs regulations.
Facilitating information flow between relevant departments and managers. Creating payment plans and forwarding them to the finance department.
General Qualifications:
Graduated from engineering faculties of universities and completed a master's degree. (Preferably an Industrial Engineer)
Proficient in English.
At least 5 years of experience in material planning processes.
Familiar with foreign trade and customs regulations, (preferably).
Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach.
