Your Role

The Information System Team Lead will lead the National Information Systems (IS) team and enable Contract Logistics IS business strategy across projects and operations. The Lead will provide solution development, implementation, service, and support of Kuehne+Nagel's core product offerings and national/legacy solutions for new and existing customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Management, coordination, facilitation and organization of IS services;
• Lead the national IS-team currently consisting of eight professionals;
• Support existing operation resolving issues and improving system support;
• Support business development team with IS-solutions and costing;
• Optimization of Contract Logistics Application and Solution Landscape;
• Ensure tender support & transparent IS solutions proposals;
• Ensure IS governance & compliance being in place.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in IT, Information systems;
• Min. 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably as a project manager within 3PL, supply chain, and/or transportation;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management;
• Process-oriented and good knowledge of operational processes;
• Analytical skills and experience with project work;
• Leading technical projects from idea to implementation;
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Turkish.
