Your Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving positive financial results? At Kuehne+Nagel, we’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help us achieve our yearly customer retention targets.
Your Responsibilities
Support / Monitor / Co-Ordinate on a rolling >18 months renewal planning including:
- Customer retention reporting and steps
- Support Renewal Strategies (with PL owners) that could be under Corrective plan (under RFQ) / or Preventive (Avoid RFQ)
- Coordinate the CLCSS (Contract Logistics Customer Satisfaction Survey) part of the Customer Engagement
- Program and manage qualitative understanding of the results and customer follow up

Implement and work under best pratices mindset in line with corporate standards and guidelines
(eg: ZF, Customer Engagement Programme)
- Acting as a primary contact point for our customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
- Managing and following up on contracts to ensure all terms are met and any issues are resolved swiftly
- Overseeing Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to maintain strong, transparent communication with our clients.
- Handling and communicating any price changes to our customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Assisting with various operational tasks to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Your Skills and Experiences
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer engagement and contract logistics, with a strong background in project management.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver consistent and high-quality customer experiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with customer retention strategies and financial performance metrics.
Attributes:
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in logistics, business, or a related field.
