Kuehne + Nagel, one of the leading logistics companies in the world, is pleased to introduce an open position Contract Logistics Information Systems Specialist at our office in Gebze!

Your Role

Be a part of the Contract Logistics Information Systems team. Team responsibility - troubleshooting, quality testing, business analysis, and process improvement within the Contract Logistics Information Systems department.

Your Responsibilities

• Successful completion of onboarding training and individual tests;
• Configuration and testing of applications;
• Classification of requests (incidents, problems, and services) of software products used by KN in warehousing logistics at the national level, research, and diagnosis of inquiries, and finding incident solutions;
• Detection of defects in software and technical documentation, informing the relevant team to correct them;
• Support the execution of EDI Mapping and data flow between K+N & Business Partners;
• Preparation of various reports or data analysis with different tools;
• Supporting Implementation and continuous improvement Projects;
• Effective interaction with other team members in the process to fully fulfill their responsibilities and tasks, including participation in corporate projects and collaboration with the international IS team.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Upper-intermediate level in English as a must;
• Basic understanding of ERP/MRP/CRM/WMS, experience with databases and Excel skills;
• Knowledge of SQL and/or one of the popular programming languages;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive and self-motivated team players;
• Software testing experience.
