The Opportunity: As a Payroll, Time & Benefits Specialist, you are responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining HR system data and handling administrative tasks to support payroll, tax, social insurance, time management, and various local and global benefits. You also contribute to the continuous improvement of P&C People Support Solutions by analyzing interactions and collaborating with other P&C functions within and outside the team. A broad understanding of local HR processes, tools, and their downstream impact on employee lifecycle management, finance, procurement, IT, and more is essential. This role requires strong customer focus, communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
Service Delivery
You maintain HR system data and support payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and benefits administration.
You provide customer service for pay, time, and benefits inquiries, manage mass uploads, monitor data flows, and ensure timely integrations.
You ensure compliance with regulations - and have working knowledge of local time/absence policies to confirm the accuracy of employee time/absence entry.
You support P&C system maintenance and offer guidance to first-level P&C teams.
You drive continuous service improvement and maintain reliable service aligned with KPIs and specific service OKRs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You build relationships with P&C colleagues and customers to ensure effective service delivery.
You collaborate regionally and globally for consistent People Support Solutions services.
Outputs & Deliverables
You contribute to improving service performance and achieve high customer satisfaction through quality delivery.
Who you are:
You have 1-3 years of experience in payroll services and benefits administration, in a shared service center environment
You know payroll cycles and processes and advanced Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookup, etc.)
You can work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage multiple competing priorities, and work in an ambiguous, multicultural setting across borders.
You have strong communication skills in English and Turkish
