Minimum 1 year of experience as an Inbound/Outbound Team Leader
Holding a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
Residing in İzmir

Your role will include:
Being responsible for the performance of the team, ensuring internal/external customer satisfaction, and achieving the team's goals.
Successful achievement of company objectives, operational KPIs, and other metrics.
Preparing of weekly and monthly management reports.
Monitoring the performance of the units under their supervision through performance scorecards.
Providing the necessary coaching and guidance to help the team achieve their goals, monitoring personal development, and offering the necessary support for the team’s growth.
Sharing reports on team performance and goal achievement status with their manager.
