As Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.
As a Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs.
- Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
- Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering and maintenance.
- Analyzing and measuring shop capacity fulfillment, asset utilization and managing ERP exceptions.
- Monitoring level of safety stock, optimize inventory, manage long-term material stocking plan.
- Supporting warehouse office works if needed.
- Handling projects as assigned from manager.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be majored in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field. Have experience of the similar role.
- Be skilled in the use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and SAP.
- Be able to work efficiently on assigned tasks all by yourself.
- Have excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Be fluent in English (TOEIC > 650) and have ability to hold an English online conference.
