You will oversee the full lifecycle of UX design projects, from research and conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. Your role will also involve maintaining the design system for consistency and overseeing and managing website content and promotional set up. You will play a crucial role during the development phase, ensuring that the live version meets all requirements and adheres to the highest standards.

As the E -Commerce Product and UX/UI Manager, you will lead and grow the web operations, UX and web development Team, driving the enhancement of user experience across the Guess.eu website. You will oversee the full lifecycle of UX design projects, from research and conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. Your role will also involve maintaining the design system for consistency and overseeing and managing website content and promotional set up. You will play a crucial role during the development phase, ensuring that the live version meets all requirements and adheres to the highest standards.
Core Job Responsabilities
- Manage the UX, Web Operations and Web Development Team and ensure the growth of its various components: UX, Development, and Configurations.
- Lead UX design projects from conception to completion including wireframes mockups and prototypes/animated prototypes, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Drive enhancements in user experience across the Guess.eu website improving customer experience and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement design solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Perform A/B testing on prototypes and live site features to validate design choices and optimize user experiences.
- Work closely, facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams internal and external such as sales, web-marketing, operations, merchandising, content, CEM and CRM to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Supervise the scheduling of activities related to the commercial calendar, ensuring that promotions and content on the Guess.eu website are aligned and accurate.
- Perform regular core web vitals audit to make sure CLS, LCP, FCP, TTFB, TBT are optimized and well performing.
- Maintain and continuously improve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the website.
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and resource availability.
- Monitor and analyze ecommerce product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure website funnels meet expected standards to reduce friction points and increase CR and Revenue.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce UX design, ideally within the fashion industry/e-commerce business, with a strong willingness to act as a Product Manager, as a connector between business, tech and UX.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design thinking and the creation of impactful digital experiences.
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy and comprehensive knowledge of usability best practices.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on balancing design concepts and product requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of flexibility and proactivity.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize user experiences.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and Java Script to effectively communicate with developers.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on nurturing talent and driving team growth.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive design.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce cloud and Marketing cloud.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design and e-commerce.
