E-Commerce Planning Intern
Support E-Commerce Planning team in budgeting and re-forecasting activities for the assigned product lines.
It includes planning sales, margin and collection assortment in cooperation with buying & merchandising team. Support E-Commerce Planners with periodical analysis on sales performances and stock to highlight opportunities and mitigate leftover risks.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in construction of Seasonal sales, stock and buy budget plans
- Support to build Seasonal SKU Plan by line, gender, category
- Regular review and adjustment of the buy plans as factors changes. OTB check.
- Work closely with buying team during seasonal buy activities to build the customer proposition (quantitative) that will meet or exceed the overall sales targets set by the business
- Historical analysis of data to prepare accurate forward planning by line, gender, category
- Support for End of Season Analysis and Tools
- Support on Ad-hoc analysis on product category or capsules performances
- Support on Best-seller analysis and replenishment activities from other warehouses.
- Support the planner in selecting assortment for periodical product shipments to marketplace partners. Run periodical reports to monitor sales.
- Responsible for size ratios: run accurate size analysis to improve assortment productivity
- Support on data controls and other operative activities of the planning system
- University degree in Economics or related field
- Languages: fluent English, another language would be considered a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Previous experience in E-Commerce/Retail business would be considered a plus
- Fast learner and proactive person with analytical mind-set and strong organizational skills
- Precise in executing his tasks and able to work independently
