Reporting to the VP Digital marketing, this role’s mission is to manage and coordinate all key areas of our e Commerce website experience, across all European websites, with the goal of driving ecommerce sales growth and consumer engagement.
Key responsibility is being a team leader, coordinating work streams and priorities across content, CRO, operations, promotions, SEO, and merchandising, providing clear guidance and making sure the team operates efficiently.
This role sits within the Europe Digital Marketing, Growth & Engagement team and works closely with global communications, global digital innovation group (DIG), merchandising, and local country teams.
- Lead a team of managers and coordinators, who take care of content, CRO, operations, promotions, SEO, and merchandising, providing clear guidance and making sure the team operates efficiently
- Keep the team motivated, engaged, and aligned on key business priorities and company focus, as well as team values. Provide coaching and organize training as appropriate, to keep developing the team across both technical and soft skills.
- Partner and collaborate with the VP of Digital marketing to align the innovation roadmap, identify key opportunities, prioritize new capabilities/platforms, build business cases, and engage/align all relevant stakeholders at regional, local, and global level.
- Analyze business results and performance systematically, uncovering insights to identify optimization opportunities, benchmarking practices and new growth areas and capabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an experienced e Commerce professional, with tangible experience gained preferably within the sportswear, fashion, or apparel industries, working within an international company or agency, managing multi-language websites, and with strong track record of results.

EDUCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economy or relevant field
- Fluent in English with solid communication skills, in writing and oral
(German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, or other key European languages a plus)
Technical skills:
- At least 10 years of relevant proven work experience in e Commerce website experience and operations in a multi-country/multi-language environment.
- Solid knowledge of e Commerce platforms and technology (Salesforce Commerce Cloud proficiency an advantage) including personalization engines, payment gateways,
- Proficient in analyzing results, driving insights, and optimizing
- Proficient in gathering and structuring requirements and collaborating with product owners/agile teams to bring the right solution to live.
- Experience in managing multi-lingual websites a plus
