About the Role We’re looking for a Communications Manager to dive into our client’s Windows 11 rollout project. You’ll be swimming smoothly alongside the PMO team, executing and evolving a pre-set communications plan to keep everyone informed and engaged. Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage a pre-defined communications plan for the Windows 11 rollout
Create and deliver communication materials including articles, emails, internal social media posts, Power Point presentations, posters, one-pagers, and training guides
Organize and support internal town hall meetings to communicate project updates
Adapt the communications plan and deliverables as necessary throughout the project
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear, timely, and impactful communications

Senior or experienced communications professional
A natural problem solver, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong at managing and evolving communication plans and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in communications, with a focus on IT project communications
Proven experience managing communications for multiple IT projects
Experience with Windows 11 or prior Windows software update communications is a plus
Strong writing, presentation, and content creation skills across multiple formats (emails, presentations, posters, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively and adjust communications strategies based on project needs
