We are now looking for a
HR People & Communications Generalist
to play a key role in supporting our local operations in Sweden.
In this role you will conduct the actions to attract, engage, and motivate employees and develop KONE as a great place to work together with other People and Communications (P&C) teams. You will work in close collaboration with our two senior HR Business Partners and your colleagues in the Nordic People Operations Team.
The scope of the role is to support the People and Communications agenda of its area of responsibility and plays an important role in the delivery of P&C services, by working closely with different functions to guide and support HR actions for business requirements. You´ll proactively advise line managers and employees on usage of our People & Communication operating model, acting as a link between business stakeholders and contributing different initiatives within P&C guidelines and KONE values.
This role reports to People Operations Manager, Nordics.
Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Support annual People & Communications processes (e.g., translations, process trainings) and prepare and deliver Leadership and Talent Review sessions.
Manage local benefits administration and related communications and provide relocation support for local hires from abroad.
Assist with employment, time and attendance, HC planning and payroll-related preparations promote usage of available Workday reports and dashboards.
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes and drive culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion activities.
Support organizational data management activities.
Support engagement surveys and results analysis.
Driving/ co-drive different projects within the P&C area.
Requirements for the role:
M.Sc. or Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and minimum 3-5 years of HR experience.
Understanding of key people and processes and knowledge of locally required people operations and legislation.
People & Communications process and project management experience and capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish.
Workday system user experience is seen as an asset.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems effectively and pays meticulous attention to detail and follows established procedures and guidelines meticulously.
You work well in a team environment and have strong communication skills and efficiently manages tasks. It´s important for you to uphold ethical standards and act with honesty and transparency.
The position is located in our Head Quarters in Kista, Stockholm.
