We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional with a strong background in project management and sales to lead the deployment of client projects in the Japan market. As PM in Seoul Robotics’ Autonomous Mobility Team, you will spearhead our expansion plans, paving the way for Seoul Robotics’ partnership and scaling aspirations with Japanese OEMs (both domestically within Japan and their manufacturing locations globally). Projects will start with advanced proof-of-concept deployments, but are expected to accelerate quickly into mass commercialization.

This role will be hybrid in nature, requiring time onsite at client location(s) or partners and periodic travel to prospective deployment sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale deployments on client site. Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and deliverables with internal (i.e., SR Engineering Team, Field Application Engineers, etc.) and external resources, as required.
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with client’s project execution team through regular contact, preferably face-to-face, to understand expectations and proactively identify issues.
- Networking within client organization to build trust with stakeholders who influence project scalability. Establishing a friendly rapport of confidence, and approachability is essential to securing long-term business for Seoul Robotics.
- Gather and track KPIs to monitor project performance and intervene, as required, to keep milestones on track for successful delivery.
- Partner with internal SR development teams to resolve issues and communicate implementation timelines to client stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business
- 3+ years of project management
- 3+ years of sales or technical sales
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Japanese and English with all levels of management
- Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Willingness to travel, up to 33% either domestic or international
